These terms

These are the rules for buying from this shop. Placing an order means you accept them. They sit alongside our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer; where a term conflicts with your statutory rights, your rights win.

Ordering

When you place an order you make us an offer. The confirmation email is a receipt, not our acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse an order if the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we can't ship to your address, or we suspect fraud; if we do, we refund you in full. You must be 18 or over to buy from us.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay. If a genuine pricing error slips through, we'll contact you before dispatch so you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

Delivery

We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination and the carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. Details are in our Shipping policy.

Returns and changing your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused blanket with its controller, cable and original packaging. Consumers in the EU and UK also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel. Details are in our Returns policy.

Faulty goods and warranty

If something arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered or fails when it shouldn't, email support@blundsleep.com with your order number and a photo and we'll replace or refund it at our cost. Every blanket is also covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery; details are in our Returns policy. In the EU you have a legal guarantee of at least two years; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies.

What the blanket is, and is not

It is a wearable heated blanket for comfort at home. It is not a medical device and we make no medical claims about it. Use it as described in the instructions supplied with it. Product photography is representative; small variations in colour and finish between units are normal and are not a fault.

Using this website

Use it to browse and buy our products. Don't scrape it, try to break it, use it for anything unlawful, or order in someone else's name. The name BLUND, the logo, the text and the images are ours.

Liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers resident elsewhere keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country they live in. Write to us first at support@blundsleep.com; most things are fixable in one email.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
