Where we ship

We ship to the countries offered at checkout, including the United States. If your country isn't offered, we don't ship there yet.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. The price you see is the price you pay.

How long it takes

We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination and the carrier, and your tracking link shows the estimated delivery date once your parcel is on its way. These are estimates, not guarantees: carriers, customs and weather are outside our control.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves. If a week passes with no movement on the tracking, email support@blundsleep.com and we'll chase it.

Plug

Orders to the United States ship with a US plug.

Duties and taxes

United States. Import duty can apply to parcels entering the US. Any duty is charged by US customs, not by us. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

EU and UK. Prices include VAT where we are required to collect it. Customs may still apply import charges on arrival in the UK.

Everywhere else. Import duty and local taxes are set by your country. Check your local rules before ordering.

Address and delivery problems

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; before dispatch we can almost always fix it.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we send a replacement at no cost to you. If it comes back to us because the address was wrong or it wasn't collected, we can resend it or refund it.
